By accepting these terms and conditions a binding agreement will arise between you and Beauty Courses Online Pty. Ltd. (“BCOL”) which will be governed by the laws of Victoria Australia.
By accepting these terms and conditions you agree to pay the course fee (plus GST) (“course fee”) for the course or courses you have selected under this student agreement.
Upon receipt of course fees BCOL agrees to:
a. Supply/download any or all relevant courses.
b. Answer queries about your course by email.
BCOL provides the website for your educational and informational purposes only.
Your access and use of the site is subject to these terms and conditions.
You must maintain the confidentiality of all login ID numbers, passwords and similar information given to you (login information) and you must not allow or authorise any other person to use your login information.
You must immediately notify us of any suspected or actual unauthorised use of your login information.
We may in our sole and absolute discretion for any reason and without notice:
c. Alter or withdraw any functionality of the site
d. Withdraw or suspend your access to all or any part of this site.
e. Subject to any applicable laws treat any material that you transmit or display as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
Unless otherwise stated the materials published on this site are subject to Australian intellectual property laws and you agree to abide by all copyright notices and other restrictions contained in this site and in the course materials. Access to and use of the site is solely for personal, educational and non-commercial use and you must not modify, copy, reproduce, republish or display any content from the site and represent it as your own.
The contents of the course materials, including copyright and all other such intellectual property rights contained therein, remain the property of BCOL or a nominated third party. You may not reproduce any part of the course materials without the prior written consent of BCOL.
You may examine the initial course material in the privacy of your own home for 30 days. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may notify BCOL during the 30 day trial period, and return any instructional DVDs sent to you at your expense, and any money paid to us will be refunded in full upon receipt of the DVD set in original condition. All course material downloaded to you will be withdrawn and unavailable for your further use. You will no longer have access to our exclusive on line help.
